Contact Assistant · Google user data
This Privacy Policy explains how AUVRA's private Contact Assistant application accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
Contact Assistant is a private productivity application. It is not offered to the general public. Access is limited to Google accounts authorized and controlled by the application owner.
Contact Assistant accesses Gmail only after the account owner completes Google OAuth authorization. It requests Gmail permissions that allow it to:
Google user data is used only to provide the owner-requested features of Contact Assistant: preparing and managing authorized Gmail drafts, coordinating outbound correspondence, sending approved messages and recording the operational status of that workflow.
OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in the application owner's controlled environment and are used only to operate Contact Assistant. The application may retain limited operational records such as draft identifiers, recipient details, send status and delivery metadata for as long as needed to run and review the correspondence workflow. Data that is no longer required is removed through the owner's normal application-maintenance process, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to advertising platforms or data brokers, or used to determine creditworthiness. It is not shared with third parties except when necessary to operate the authorized service with the account owner's consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise permitted by Google's policies.
Google user data is not made available for routine human review. Human access is limited to the application owner and only where needed to operate or support the requested correspondence workflow, investigate security or technical issues, or comply with applicable law.
Contact Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The authorized account owner can revoke Contact Assistant's access at any time from the third-party access section of Google Account settings. To request review or deletion of application-held operational records, contact viscompany.pl@gmail.com. Revoking access prevents future Gmail API access but does not automatically remove records that must be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons.
This policy may be updated if Contact Assistant's functionality or legal obligations change. Material changes to the use of Google user data will be disclosed before the data is used for a new purpose.
